Urhg, I finally got the courage to do a backflip which I've been chickingshit to do ever since we had a trampoline. So I did, and BAAAM I landed straight on my neck. It didn't hurt all that much so I gave it another try, but this time I asked my brother to 'launch' me (if you have a trampoline you know what I mean) so I would have some more time for the turn...
What happened next was total selfpwnage, I landed on my neck, real hard, again. And then I flipped somehow and I managed to get my knee in my face so hard I got a bleeding nose. Now my neck is so stiff urhg, my body just wouldn't turn, some sort of mind-body conflict. I gotta get the technique down first I guess
But hey, at least I gave it a shot

When you flip, do it as fast as you can. Pick a spot in front of you with your eyes and get your eyes back to that point fast after the flip.
If you go too slowly, your brain confuses itself and your vision goes slow which makes you fall. If you do it quickly, pick a spot to focus on and do it, your brain doesn't fuzzle which helps you keep your balance. Kinda like ballet dancers spotting when they spin to stop them getting dizzy.
I know what I'm talking about, I used to compete at trampolining

Front flips are actually harder than backflips. You get more power and motion going backwards than you do forwards I hated doing front flips lol
