Parry Ratio (Dodging Tablet): Adds Parry Ratio. Parry ratio will decrease the damage taken.

Other players and the mobs have a damage range, let's say it is 300-500 if you have a high parry ratio, the damage you take will be very close to 300, the counterpart of this, the attack ratio, will rise the attack to the highest edge (500).
So the more Attack Rating you have, the closer to the max damage you can do, and the higher your parry ratio, the closer to the minimum damage will be taken.
