Don't have 2 much influence...... All of these are my opinions, so feel free to do something different or just use it as a general guideline
Anyways, a few good bow builds are str fire, str ice, and hybrid fire or ice. Lightning is not good for bow because lightning attracts mobs and the idea of bow is to kill enemies far away, so having mobs gang up on you is not good. Fire lets you hit harder but ice slows and freezes mobs. This would really depend on what type of element you like.
For skills:
1. Passive- Always add the passive!
2. Buffs- The demon soul adds range and is really helpful, also, get the bird. Some ppl like white bird, some ppl like black bird.
3. Main atk- Anti-devil is a must. This will be your main skill. Max at least the 1st book. After the first book, there are ppl who chose to use strong bow instead, however, strong bow is really slow, so again, depends your style.
4. AoE atk- this is very helpful when multiple aggro mobs gang up on you. Autumn wind is utterly useless, so don't get it. Get berserker instead; berserker hits harder and damages all mobs in a 4m radius.
5. Finally, arrow combo. Arrow combo is a good skill to use when your main skill is recharging, but it's not necessary. However, arrow combo is useful for ice bow, becuz 3 arrow combo, then followed 2 arrow combo will almost always freeze a mob. Still, IMO it's only good against champions or giants when you really need to freeze something. Even if you do get it, I see no reason to get it beyond the 2nd book.
The good thing about being strength is that while you need a lot of weapon skills, in the force tree, you only need the imbue and possibly 2 buffs and a passive.
