Do gaps work for euro?

Do the same rules apply for xp:sp gaining ratio for european characters? I'm 99% sure they do, but I always played with a 0 gap, so I never checked it out.

indeed. it does. and i had a 0 gap with 2 masteries so i already ran out of sp
at 21 or sumthin
