so i found this thing called "Certificate of Basic armor gender transfer".

Its a scroll that can transfer a gender of protectors up to the 3rd degree.

i have no idea how to use it. any one?

One, you get that scroll from some quest of that blacksmith guy.
You use by right-clicking the scroll, and i believe a little arrow will become your cursor now.
This means that when you right click any peice of armor ,protector, or garment that is below 3rd degree, it will change into the opposite sex.

If you right click a 3rd degree MALE armor (Chest), it will turn into a 3rd degree FEMALE armor (Chest).
