Chinese- Speak fluently, can read well, but my chinese writing sux. Can speak my local dialect (not cantonese) rarely do though.

English- You can judge my English

Latin- Goes to a grammar school, so it is a compulsory subject.

French- Basic French, enough for me to chat some slow paced understandable french with people in SRO since last year. Now I can watch TV with French subtitles.

Some Japanese- Anime watching

abit of Vietnamese, Cantonese, Spanish, Korean

LOL hahaha ....yea i had a teacher like that my grade 11 english teacher always reminded me of a monkey so i started calling him " bundar buthi" i did pretty good in his class so unno maby he thought it was a good thing so he would always just look at me and smile i could never help myself from laughing till i fell of the chair every time he turned around

norwegian ~ fluent; was on a norwegian folk high school
german ~ good; learnt in school
french ~ bad; tried to lean in school

:shock: A lot of people can speak Spanish... more that i thought hehe i thought most people would say "English, French, Chinese" but i'm surprised to see so many who can speak Spanish...

Have any of you noticed that generally European/other schools focus on/learn a lot more languages than US ones.

well thats logical in a certain way. we (in europe) live fairly close to countries
with different languages and most of the european countries have a history
together.

america is really big and wide and its hard to come to a place where people
dont understand the main language of that country; american (english lol).

English - mother tongue (I seem to prefer the "European" English as opposed to "American", I think it's because the game I played before SRO I hung out with a bunch of people from Europe)

Spanish - take it in school

I would love to learn French and German

God I <3 my country, but ****. I can only speak one language, and by the time I started to learn spanish it was arleady to late. Not pratical either.

Slovenian - cuz i live here.
English - learned in school
German - very bad, learned in school - never liked it :)
Serbian - learned it cuz my parents are from Serbia
If you know serbian language you also know croatian and bosnian cuz there aren't may difference.

Thats about it... i'd like to learn japaniese language cuz i love almost everything from there, mostly movies :)

Dutch. Though only at like 70% of my original ability. I haven't spoken it for too long :( (I mean that I haven't used it for like 6 years, not that I just learned it)

French. Not that well, but enough to carry on a conversation. :love: French.
