Hi, didn't know where to post this but eh... ^^
I've been hacked few weeks ago (dunno what's happened with my acc, password'd been changed ), so I tought maybe I should write to JM, but then I thought "Will they even care?"
And one thing's been troubling me: How could they (whoever did this -.-") change my password? I mean, they would need to know my secret Q and A, and even I don't know them ^^ Also tried to enter my email in forgotten password section - didn't fit too
I hope anyone will know what the f*** happened ^^
P.S Oh, and for those who are gonna post " haha botter, got what you deserved" - I HAVE NEVER USED BOTS nor even multiclient...

Probably tried to use a bot got you keylogged.

Yeah yeah... I didn't try to use bot >_<
And there are other ways to hack acc... Keylogger is just the easiest way

Make new account...be more cautious about your browsing habits next time...because JM doesn't touch hacking accusations ever since a sampling they did of the accusations had just about everyone of them proving to be just some dick trying to get free sh*t...

That makes sence Many idio.t must have tried to get their items "back" ^^

well there was this topic on "how hackers steal ur accounts and how its done"had a sticky and helped me aswell.

it metioned commen names ppl use on other games or forums that give alot of info and all
I just went on Google and Typed "doomas" and here is some info i found bout u

this little info is alot and this is just 1 little thing, i found out alot of things bout u and that u were from silkroadtavern *which is lame btw* ;P

I can see how you got hacked. You said they knew your secret answer right? What _Shinigami_ said. I'll try to find the post about how to not get hacked later, but I'll summarize it here

1. They have your ID
2. They somehow got your Email
3. They press "forgot your password" thing on SRO website, and it'll display your secret question
4. They google for your info.

What you can do in the future is:

- use a TOP SECRET Email adress, make someting like 45t36fhd@hotmail.com
- Choose any secret question and make the answer 4g76ft4r (write it down on paper =))

I'm sorry about the loss of your account, I know how it feels like. Hope this doesn't end your SRO life. I'm sure you have friends in your guild who'll give you a hand getting back on your feet!

I know what u feel. I got hacked too like in spring but i got only stripped not changing pw and stuff.
Well, i got on my feet again with my guildyes help.

Hope u will just make a new acc and be more careful
