well i was wondering which one means to delete everything off your hard drive?

and how to do it?

i want to delete everything including windows.

Just make sure you can boot up with your Windows CD. Otherwise you'll be stuck without an OS to install from startup.

If it's just Windows administrator passwords that you can't remember, I'd just reinstall Windows. That way you won't lose everything else. Unless thats what you want.

just put the disk in and click reinstall or something?

Yup, when it asks you select new installation and it will go through the Windows install like normal. All your old Windows configs will be gone and you can start like new with your old files still in place.
