No, it means they're going from Closed Beta to Open Beta in a day. Not full service quite yet. :)

4 cd's of sro!! what how did you put that all on 4 cds when its only like 500mb and a cd should hold 650/700 mb

No dude, its 4 original CD's as in a game you buy from the store.
I got them for free; they were giving it out.

I have a feeling these CD's were for the people with slow connections...
2 meg lines are cheap already here though. 12 meg line = pwnage.

EDIT: I read the manual and when you create your character, you seem to start nude. >_< With the underwear and stuff and a sword. Dunno :P
