its called grinding. you use the same set of moves usually to get the job done quick. i have a friend who kills just like a bot not missing a beat. but he stalltalks to me often so i stalldoubt that he would be stallbotting.

A question about my blader. I am going to take fire for sure. I'm going to take Bicheon too. I'm in doubt about wether to use Lightning or Ice... Cause I hate to run slowly, but I like most ice moves. For a pure str blader, most force attacks seem useless to me. What to do?

If you're only getting one, get lightning for runspeed and parry.

That's your choice, the ice defense buffs are nice, but if you don't wanna worry about the sp, then just get lightning for the buffs and forget cold.

There's the total mastery lvl thing to worry about here... though if you don't take any force skill at all, you can learn fire, ice, lightning, bicheon

And don't forget. If you're gonna get Ice, get it to 60, or don't get it at all. The phys defense+ nearly doubles when you hit 60.

nah... some people need ice not for the defence buff, but for the frost move, to deal with botters

Another question: How much more damage does a glaiver do over 3 secs or so? Cause when you're at high LVL's, a shield can almost block 25% of the hits, but does a glaiver more then 25% damage more then you do?

There is no need to bump a stickied topic.

As to your question, glavies do more damage, how much more...I have no clue, but the added defense of the shield and the block helps reduce damage taken no matter who is attacking you.

Well, I could kill Sonars and stuff *almost* as fast as you, and you had a +5 weap, whereas I had a +3.

as a pure str, when would be the appropriate time to use imbues? seeing that they take out a nice chunk of mp and don't seem worth the use

imbues add dmg to ur weapons which everyone likes. mostly in pvp imbues are a must, actually its needed in pve also since it helps alot. mine is max fire for my level for champions and pvp and ice just lvl 1 just for slowing ppl and mobs which helps reduce dmg. mostly people wont hesitate to use pots to survive and dmg more.

your choice. raising the level of the imbue increases the status effect.

he reached level 60 already, i need an update on this guide for my 2nd char as i'm contemplating wether to go pure str and glavie or blade

currently a glavie user but i'd like to know some insights on his build at level 60 so udpate it already!

well i'm not really sure when to update it because I've debating about what i'm going to do:

1. Keep maxing stuff to 55 and farm at 64
2. Farm with my 5 level gap until I have enough sp to raise bicheon to 60 and level fast to 70 leaving masteries at 61

Either way I'll see what I can do about updating when I have time.

Agreed. I realize I could just use medium mp pots and just pot sooner and not have any problems. The only difficulty is that you need much more mp pots then.

Fire Shield does not reduce by a set numerical value. It is a percent of reduce. This means with Fire Shield-Emperor, you only need 22% frost reduce.
