Step 1: Get to level 10, raising your stat points/skill masteries all the way to 10.
Step 2: Find someone willing to powerlevel you for large periods of time, or use 2 computers. The person should preferably be a 72+ nuker, however a well-farmed Archer will also work. Party them in Exp Share.
Step 3: Head to X-5533 Y 1840 South of Samarkand City (Ongs) with your new 72+ friend.
Step 4: Sit somewhere safe, or on horseback, while the 72+ proceeds to demolish every Ong in sight.
Note: The first stage of the process is just raising your character up to 20+ as fast as possible with the mastery gap. You won't gain huge amounts of SP during this time, as you need to be within 11 levels of the mob you are fighting in order to do so.
Step 5: When the SP farming kicks in properly and you are the appropriate level, a 24 hour session should result in a whopping 40,000+ SP!
Step 6: When you level to 27, the SP you gain per kill begins to decrease. Proceed to Hotan to de-level swiftly, and return to begin SP farming again.
Step 7: Repeat the process as and when necessary.
Step 8: Enjoy your huge amounts of SP with minimal effort required!
Note: DO NOT allow anybody above level 26 in the party or you will start getting less SP per kill.
