Hey guys, does a robe have 10% speed increase and 10% less mana consumption compared to light armor?

(armor/protector/garment = heavy armor/light armor/robe)???

That would be even better. But that means that it doesn't have the same bonusses as chinese?

Armor / Heavy Armor 0%
Protector / Light Armor 10%
Garment / Robe 20%

Someone said robes don't get mana consumption, so it's just +10% speed to light armor.
